LOVE your podcast! Please keep it up … I’m listening to ep #1 right now at work and plan to listen to #2 right after. These topics are seriously hitting so close to home. I’m currently on Whole30 so incorporating paleo-esque eating into my lifestyle. Yet, I do still struggle with body image, obsession at times, and some orthorexia symptoms.

You can judge me for this or not, but my biggest takeaway (on the first run-through) of Podcast #2: Taking Natural Calm without putting it in water? It’s like Pop Rocks for Paleo! So many great things in the podcast though. Thank you!

I’m catching up on all the podcasts (found it through one of your guest spots on another podcast and I’m listening it up!). I was driving at the time and when it got to the moisturizer part you both had some good recomendations and so I did the talk function to create a list the jojoba oil and fermented cod liver oil turned into “Oh hobo boil and fermentative caught liver”
