One question though: Isn't 20 g of saturated fat around 180 kcal? I always thought 1 g of fat is 8.9 kcal.

Stefani, could you clarify your fat/saturated fat recommendations? Did you mean 20 grams per meal or per day? I think you said a total of 600 calories from fat in a day which would be in the 60-70 gram range, right?
Yeah! I’m an idiot. It should be 600 calories, which is MORE THAN 20 GRAMS. More in the 60-70 gram range is in fact correct. My terrible mistake! Thanks for asking.
